If you are a White Combat Veteran they hate you and won’t help you at all and will deny your benefits and refuse to process your claims!!! They won’t check you because your white and will make you wait in line while 3 black females are sitting at the checking desk not helping anyone and will then wait for the only male or white person there to help you!!!

If the employees of the VA are only going to ignore calls & get paid, then they should be fired. You are paid to take care of veterans‼️‼️ Answer the phones‼️ There are veterans out here needing care‼️‼️ Houston VA could never. They take care of their veterans👏🏽

Huge problem with maps/info for vets visiting this location. 1st time visit and I have no idea where to go for Dental appt. which equals a lot of wasted time.
Basically a wasted visit, the “specialist” said the same thing my dentist said near where I live. Wasted hours of driving for a 2 minute visit.
“We only do extractions” was another statement. GREAT, THANKS!!
The office was old and dirty also.

My mother is in the VA hospital here in Dallas. When I tell you this has been the most horrible experience for my mother and myself. For this to be a hospital, they are the most inexperienced, slothful, just here for a paycheck people I’ve seen in my life. The nurses especially. Majority of the nurses are on their phones, not seeing to patients needs and doing what they want to do. Especially the 6c unit. The hospital is short staffed so I’m not sure why their on a hiring freeze when they need people. If I could rate zero stars I would. Very say how are veterans are being treated when they have put their lives on the line for our country……

So far since I've come to this VA always been highly unorganized, as well partially professional. It has good hospitality for certain aspects, but they really need to work on infrastructure. I've been there before for reasons that should of been put on file. As well, there should never be any personal influence when it comes to the job and staff. Just remember we are the vets. EEO should be checked.

I arrived at the Dallas VA Hospital on February 2, 2024, around 3pm, because I was experiencing severe neck, head, and shoulder pain. I was admitted Thursday night, Friday morning around 1:30am, and was scheduled to have a MRI procedure done. It is now February 5, 2024 at 10:10am, and I have not had the MRI procedure done as of yet. This is the treatment that a lot of Veterans receive.
