I could not be more disappointed with a USO. According to the woman who would not let my son enter he has to have a military ID which he did. But what i did not even realize is that it expired two months ago. And she is literally the only one my whole trip to give us any grief about it. USO blew this one big time and brought great disappointment to my son and anger to this active soldier.

Having a 3 hour layover, with a 3 yo and 2 yo by myself, this USO is a perfect place to relax and let the kids have a little break. Food was good and the place is so big! A kids corner, a movie area, a cafeteria, and even a quiet side and library. If you’re military and need a little break, definitely come check this place out!

Uso volunteers were extremely helpful and nice. They provided water,drinks, and snacks with some food options. We really appreciate them. We had a 5 hour layover. It was great for our family to have somewhere to relax for a while.

This is a fantastic USO. They have every service you could need. A snack kitchen with hot dogs and drinks, computer access, recliners, a quiet zone to catch a nap, and of course fresh coffee. The staff was very friendly, and the location was very clean.

Flying through DFW can be a bit of an experience, often with lengthy layovers.

That's exactly what led me into the USO. I was met with friendly faces, a kind welcome, quick tour and enjoyed my layover without the hustle & bustle of waiting at the gate.

Nice spot to take a break during a layover. The volunteers are super friendly and helpful. You can get a drink and a little snack for the normal donation, if you wish to make one.

Every time we come through Dallas the USO is closed even though its during their posted hours of operation. We have seen several service members, including ones with babies attempt to use the USO but its closed. They walk away frustrated and disappointed. Please change the hours listed online and posted outside the USO to reflect the hours that they are actually open.

It's one of the bigger USO locations. They have a big lounging area and a computer room. The service was great.
