The vehicle arrived on time. The driver helped me with my walking aid and allow me time because of my mobility issues. He was extremely pleasant during the journey And drove carefully and safely. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but if he turned up to drive me again, I would be happy with that.

Fantastic experience! I don't often get taxis but this week I booked 3 taxis and I have to say all the drivers were chatty, friendly and arrived very promptly! Thank you so much for giving me such a great service. Keep up the good work, you should be very proud of yourselves!

Even one star seems rather generous. The driver turned up on time but dropped us in the wrong place, being from outside the area we had no reason to doubt him. It took us another hour to walk the 3.5 miles, down a very narrow footpath alongside the A5, to our actual destination. As if that wasn't bad enough on the return journey the driver arrived in a different location to the one advised at the time of booking and asked how to get to us. When I said I didn't know as I wasn't from the area he just kept repeating the same question. When he did eventually find us, the rear seatbelt was not working.

Today, I had two trips with Veezu. I haven't used a taxi for a long time now but to today. Both cars arrived quickly and both drivers were very friendly. I can't drive for a few weeks so I'm sure that I'll use them again.

I don't get a taxi often but with the car being out of use, I booked my veezu ride home.

Driver was very polite, didn't ask personal questions which is always a worry. I felt safe and would recommend and also use in the future if I get stuck. Keep up the good honest work guys!!

My 3rd ride with these guys and I can't fault them at all. They're pleasant and helpful when you call to book and I've had 3 different drivers but every one has been really pleasant. Each made the journey feel effortless and safe and all three cars were comfortable and clean.

Their driver try to charge for extra time when u pay in cash. Check their waiting time policy as they try to loot the customer. Always ask for receipt of extra time charges. Their customer care do not respond if u do cash payment as their is no record of the payment.

Thanks for sending the link for feedback. However it is the same link where my husband (who had made the booking in first place) has already filled up the feedback. No use filling it up again !!

Ordered a taxi from here. Taxi arrived and didn’t t know where he was going. Called the station to be told not to call her darling and hung up on me. Mind boggling that these people have jobs. Definitely needs some costumer service training and drivers who actually know the roads.
