Vista lakes has been the best place to live for our family needs and comfort!! Fantastic views prefect place to walk your dog and meet other nice people, ride bike,jogging, etc etc . Plenty of pools places to eat too. Now we have 18 years here and it's near everything too. We love it here!! Check it out for yourself!!

After weeks of looking houses, we decided to buy a house in Vista Lakes. After almost two years living in this community, we can say it was a good decision. The community is great. Perfectly located near the major ways, airport, top rated schools, shopping, etc. No issues at all with the HOA. The amenities are wonderful and the neighbors are friendly and very collaborative.
Our only complaint: the potholes in some streets. VL deserves the re-paving urgently. Other than that, VL is a good place to live.

Good Morning To all Residents and HOA of Vista Lakes Community in Orlando.
These are the pictures of my neighbors next door 6842 Remington View court. parking area. This has been an over crowded situation has been part of our lives for the past 4 years.
There is no respect to our cul-de-sac area. I was under the impression that all residents had to respect the regulations of Our Home Association in this community and safe guard the general conduct of the same. This disaster is day in and day out. They believe they own the side walk and the entrance from the road into the home area parking space.
An area which has never been a parking space since we remember,
The Community LAW Applies with the same enforcement to all of the residents in an equally.
There must not be any privileges. Whatever any resident has been allowed to do with their home by extending and altering the construction of their property has not bearing on violating our community regulation.
And by breaking these codes devaluating Other residents HOMES.
I want to heard what are you the HOA is going to do. I will have to clarify a lot more openly.

If you have even thought about buying a house that falls under this association, DO NOT. They’re not accommodating at all, rude, & they are so vague about rules that they pick and choose according to what benefits them. I have thought about selling my property for the sole reason that they are exhausting to deal with. JUST LOOK FOR A HOUSE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

La piscina es rica pero no intentes de tirarte te vas a golpear bien duro!!! Aveces esta muy fria pero hay calentadores para poner la piscina caliente acaban remodelar la piscina y es muy rica pero aveces cuando te metes esta muy fría

They don’t enforce the same rules on everyone. They will not be understanding or try to accommodate you or your problems whatsoever. They act like you owe them something even though we pay them for the all this. They also have dumb rules that are irritating & really don’t help anyone 🙂 can’t wait to move.
