My friend lived here until recently. It's pretty and the lake and grounds are nice places to walk. I've been to several events at the clubhouse. They do a good job. I wonder if they updated that little bar/patio area on the ground floor near the pro shop? It needed it. Nice neighborhood and everyone keeps their yards and houses on point.

Sad that a community this size is lacking amenities that really benefit its residents. No meeting hall for parties, dances, groups ect. A covered picnic table in this Florida heat doesn’t cut it. A ball field, soccer/ polo field that is never used. What a waste of valuable land! Looks like golf will never be here again due to the inability to come to an agreement! Now someone wants to throw condos and shopping in here that will not be supported by this community! Where is the leadership that we so desperately need in WL? No transparency, and closed door meetings! We need to head in a different direction and sooner than later!

Walden Lake is a beautiful community where we enjoy a waterfront park with playground, piers and butterfly garden, miles of walking and biking paths, a sports complex and so much more. They do absolutely nothing, but they did put a lien on my house because of an unpaid $50 maintenance fee that I didn’t know about, I’m not sure what maintenance they even did. Got served papers today and now I owe around $1000 to get the lien off my home.
