I am more impressed with WSHA then I have been with any state hospital association. They genuinely demonstrate value to us all! Cassie is truly the bomb! I’ve never seen a stronger hospital association President/CEO. She is visible, connected, and a driving force for all members. Cassie’s team is just as strong and unified in providing value for each of us. Best I’ve ever experienced in my 25 year career!

Highly engaged, thoughtful, and effective team. Responsiveness to timely issues, good communication with membership, team really tries to listen to member feedback. Have been impressed seeing the group listen, take feedback, and adjust meeting approaches, agendas for retreats, and advocacy work based on feedback.

Any company that is an advocate against patient safety and safe staffing ratios should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting campaign they are running. There is so much evidenced based practice that proves this, and California has long adopted safe staffing. When it's you or your loved one, perhaps then you will care- and money all of a sudden doesn't mean anything to you. 100% corrupt and patients should take note they do not stand for you.
