Had a fly problem last summer in the common area of our flats which despite many of us phoning about several times and appointments being made (and cancelled) never got sorted. The flies then went away and surprise surprise are back this summer. Had the same process again and here we are in September with again no progress being made.

Customer service extremely unhelpful and they clearly need better subcontractors.

Apart from that as others have said, random bills get sent over every now and then with no more detail or evidence of what was actually done

They do not fulfill their duties at all, they only take money. I am officially disabled, and the housing company refuses to change my housing, which is supposed to be for disabled people, and I have to go down from the 11th floor with my electric device to move around the city when the elevator is broken and they demand documents from me that do not exist, but a document recognizing me as disabled, they say that he is not an indicator to them that I am disabled !! Added a video when they were doing repairs in the neighboring apartment at night. This organization, at my request, does not take any measures regarding the noise of neighbors at night. Noise from neighbors every night. It is impossible to live in the house.

calling Wheatly House for repair has been one of the worst experiences of my life. For over two months, I’ve had no hot water in the middle of winter. Despite countless complaints, all I get are empty promises that the repair team has been notified, but nothing ever happens. It’s beyond frustrating to be ignored and left to live in such unacceptable conditions. This place shows a complete lack of care or responsibility toward its residents. Avoid Whitley House at all costs—it’s a nightmare you don’t want to experience. Very dissatisfied

Madness absolutely madness housing officers are legit useless promise phone calls back you'll wait months for unless you email there boss then the next day they'll phone you top tip email there boss ? but don't expect the issue to be actually sorted cause it won't there repairs are a joke my 5 year old could do a better job ! There empathy and actual lack of care is not there 4 year old non verbal autistic child with learning disabilities and our toilet was overflowing with other people's sewage for months flooring had to be replaced 5 times at my cost btw ! Daughter ended up in hospital at one point due to touching the raw sewage before we could stop her guess who had to clean it despite it being a health hazard of course me cause that's definitely my job to clean up other people's shit ! Pipes under the block are extremely blocked meaning that there daft emergency team comes out power washes it down and then leaves again and a month later it's overflowing again up into my toilet and my house housing officer couldn't give a care in the world put us on a overcrowding band when we should be on a medical band so many letters of support from professionals OT speech and language gps camhs autism specialists disability social worker still not on the correct band and guess what we cant find out why cause we can't even speak to the housing officer ?

I informed Wheatley Homes 48 days ago that my house is being invaded by fleas from the neighbouring property through the cracks and spaces at my front door EVERY DAY! My pets were hoaching with fleas and I've spent over £400 in 8 weeks trying to get rid of them - they are now not accepting my complaint against them and and NO ONE will call me back - WHEATLEY HOMES ARE EVIL!

I will give 0 stars, unfortunately it's not possible.
We been renting property from Whentley Group for about 13years.
Finally we bought our own flat.
Tried to arrange end of tenancy visit for about 2 weeks now. Send about 10 emails which was simply ignored. Phoned about 4 times to try to talk to housing officer, no possible.
We will be moving soon and still don't know what to do, no answers nothing.
Really bad customer service.

Poor quality of work and extremely unresponsive. They over-inflate the expenses, make money over the repair costs and then charge the owners. I wonder how Glasgow City Council still hasn’t caught up their poor practices..

Yesterday homeless were seeing entering our parking downstairs and this is quite intimidating as somebody was taking them there. 1934 5th of July.

This must stop. We need security and this is not a place for you to put them. I have reported to your security while coming out of my parking gate.
