Excellent Experience with Shea Feeley!

Today we purchased our Q3 2020 approved used. Shea Feeley’s knowledge of the Audi is impressive, and he was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process of our two consecutive visits he took the time to understand exactly what we was looking for and guided us to the perfect vehicle that suits our needs and lifestyle.

Honestly we we were really annoyed for him for changing our mind quickly but he never looks tired at any time.

What truly stood out was Shea’s professionalism and his genuine passion for customer satisfaction. He made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that we felt confident in our decision.

I highly recommend Wolverhampton Audi for exceptional car buying experience.

Just been in at Wolverhampton approved used Audi as I’m looking to purchase a car
Initially I was greeted by a salesman who said he was waiting for an appointment but would get another salesman.
After a wait another salesman came, I asked him if we could see an a6 and q3 in the lot. This guy had absolutely no interest in dealing with us he said we may as well look at the one in the showroom, absolutely disgusting attitude no customer service skills, he lost his employer a sale. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Was meant to see another sales rep and ended up dealing with Alex & he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Went through everything with us, we mentioned we had a child and he gave us an Audi teddy bear for her, made sure we had fuel and went through the whole car before we left showing us any features it had. Absolutely amazing service 🙂

Extremely disappointed with Audi customer service. I had booked to test drive the q6 etron, and despite having a confirmation from the dealership, there was no appointment scheduled. The test drive was re-arranged 2 weeks later, and to my amusement the vehicle was not available due to a problem with the suspension. The sales representative was Sandy Kaur. Surprised no one had the professionalism to call and notify me, to save my time and energy. After these two encounters, I have decided it’s better to go across the road BMW.

Picked up my New car today and I have to say from start to finish the experience was great. Shea who sorted the whole process out for me was absolutely brilliant. So relax and chilled it made me relaxed and chilled nothing was too much hassle he did everything for me from getting my car ready to setting up the tax and insurance and making sure it met all my expectations.
I would like to say thanks to all that I spoke to from the moment I walked in but a big thank you to Shea who made it all happen
I look forward to my whole experience now and hopefully in the future.

Positive experience visited this branch for the 1st time for my yearly car service and MOT.

Staff was really helpful and polite.

Was provided a courtesy car which was helpful and appreciated but only 15 miles to empty which was annoying. No issue on my side to refuel but at least have enough to visit a local petrol station comfortably...my only gripe but otherwise positive experience.

Went for a prearranged test drive of a Q6 etron on 31/01/25 at 2pm only to be told that the car was not available when I arrived at the dealership.
Could have telephoned me in advanced to notify that the car was not on site. I had to book time off work for the visit, wasted me time.
Will go to another Audi dealer instead at Halesowen as these people don't need customers hence their lack of quality service.

I have just purchased an approved Audi Q2 from Audi Wolverhampton, the Salesman i had the pleasure of dealing with was Shea Feeley. Throughout the whole process of sourcing a vehicle to actually buying and taking delivery of my Q2 i found Shea to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle i purchased. I had reason to have a number of questions during the process, he always responded punctually. Shea, in my experience and opinion is a credit to Audi Wolverhampton. Keep up the good work.
