The worst property management ever! So many of us have been trying to reach someone at Associa, but no one responds. Yet they send us message for things they want to complain to us about!!! I just need the master insurance document, have asked 5 times. My mortgage company must have it and Associa knows this, but they don't respond. We need mulch around the building...they won't do it so sand blows into my patio door tracks. Doors desperately need to be painted. it's just said.

The staff and tenants here are clearly one of the best features of living in this building. You find yourself surrounded by extraordinarily thoughtful and helpful people. Jennifer and staff, without hesitation, are quick to respond to your needs. And the tenants offered help on so many occasions. You realize you have settled into a caring community. I don't know what I would do without them!

If I could put minus stars I would - this company deserves no star at all. One of their companies was the property manager for our HOA. The didn't pay bills on time, in fact went months without paying bills insomuch as we had services cut off. They have refused to give us any financial information at all for 2024. We had to finally get another management company. They still have not given us any financial information. They don't answer the phone, don't return messages. Don't respond to emails. They still owe us several thousand dollars and have yet to transfer those funds to us. It is our money not theirs! Makes one wonder what they have done with our money.

I don't even know where to begin with Associa Property Management. I'll let these pictures tell most of the story. By the way, this is Country Creek Condos.
My client purchased his condo in 2020. He was promised the Association would soon replace the rotten wood and roofs. To date, absolutely NOTHING has been done.
His water and trash was supposed to be included in his then monthly fee of $350. Water is definitely not included as he pays $40 per month in addition to his increased HOA dues of $440 per month.
Tell me how this is acceptable? I don't have issues with HOAs. I do, however, have a BIG problem with HOAs who do NOTHING accept take and take.
The swimming pool has been closed for years. The roads have potholes everywhere. The wood is rotten on every condo. The roofs need replaced. The electrical boxes are completely exposed.

Why on earth is this even allowed to continue? Am I the only one complaining?

I'll tell you what, if you've never seen me fight for a client before ....just you wait....I'll take this to an entirely new level.

Our home was inspected and found to need a good pressure wash and painting. Though we weren't really planning to paint our house for another few months Amy and Cheryl (Associa Gulf Coast - St. Pete, FL) were very understanding and gave us the time to properly prepare and get things done, despite the reputation of HOAs, this has been an excellent experience! Thank you ladies for your kindness and helpfulness, it's been a joy to meet and work with you on this.

Can I say zero stars? Our builder must have hired this company because it's the cheapest. We've been dealing with a smashed in entry gate to the community for two months and were first being told they were working with the contractor's insurance company. Today we found out that our community representative has moved on and left not notes or updates. So, now we are being told the contractor will not repair the gate until the work is done, which will likely be 18 months of infrastructure of roads and homes built in the new phase of our community. We would have hoped to have a management company that would go to bat for us. Dealing with this company that doesn't have a office in our state makes us feel pretty detached and overlooked.

I am beyond disappointed with the management of Colorado Association Services. The level of incompetence and disregard for serious issues is astonishing. Since we moved in, the property management keeps changing, and no one seems to care about addressing long-standing problems. The worst experience I’ve had was back in March when I reported a sewer backup on a Friday afternoon. I was told the issue was being handled and that a plumber had been dispatched.

Well, guess what? No one ever showed up. I had to hire my own plumber to fix the problem over the weekend. And to add insult to injury, I got a call from their plumber on Monday, days after the issue had already been resolved at my own expense. Despite me informing them that the problem was with the main sewer line, they still failed to take any meaningful action.

Colorado Association Services is incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. They don’t care about the residents or properly managing the property, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Total nightmare!

Since Sharon Strange became our property manager almost 2 years ago she has done and is doing a GREAT job.. As a board member she is on top of things and projects. She makes trips into the community to check on the site and has been beyond helpful with our issues.. We have a great team with Sharon and Donna.
