Buyer beware

-called first. After arriving, I was then told that the cost of the machine is more expedient to replace it and they have an amazing program.

After asking how they quoting the repair without looking it at, they FINaLLy admit they don’t offer repairs on this unit, and the entire “upgrade program” was a manipulation from the beginning.

Dewalt as a tool company is fantastic! However, their customer service needs some help. I wouldn’t suggest avoiding going in if you genuinely need help; however, AVOID WILL AT ALL COST. He works at the front desk and you’ll be able to pinpoint him by the B.O and messy work place. Every time I have helped my father get in I roll my eyes when he’s the only person available because I know he doesn’t care nor does he want to help my dad. (It’s kind of obvious when he huffs after we say we aren’t done needing help) The next time we come in, we will be waiting for someone other than Will to help us (you should too) The sweet girl that works up front has been helpful and kind so you’ll be lucky if you get her! There’s another guy that works up front as well, he’s also kind and quick. One bad egg sadly spoiled my experience going in there. I hope this doesn’t reflect poorly on the employees that are helpful.

Always helpful, and a great place if you are a Dewalt person. The prices are higher than on line which is a huge negative and they refuse to let any outside people use their bathroom. Must be lined in gold. All that said, if you can't find it at the big box stores and don't want to wait for Amazon to deliver, with frequent delivery dates broken, this is the store for you!
