What a wonderful team over at Aspen Auto Clinic - Union. They were able to see me right away, fixed the issues I had with my car and I got my car back the next day. I even had another small issue the following day and they only charged me for the part.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I had to have my car towed to them on a Saturday and after talking with them on Monday, it was completely repaired and ready by Tuesday. They truly do excellent work, my car runs perfect. I was impressed so definitely deserving of 5 stars.

After getting in a car accident Tatiana got me a tow truck after hours and a safe ride home. My Tacoma was taken care of by Kevin and the rest of the mechanics. They communicated with me through the whole process. Definitely recommend them for your auto needs!

When my car died I had it towed to Aspen Auto to have it repaired. I have been to the Tutt location and always had a great experience, so I had high hopes for this place too. Before I even arrived I spoke with Tatiana (sp?) and she immediately took all my anxiety and tossed it out the window by reassuring me that they would take care of it. Her team did a great job finding all sorts of safety recalled parts and determined that a recalled part was the cause. She armed me with all the info I needed to have the dealership fix me up. Unfortunately I can’t give Hyundai five stars, and after 6 or so weeks of fighting a losing battle I decided to have my car repaired by Tatiana and her team. Right from the start she was informative and thorough and quite patient with me and my 20 questions about everything. They did a great job documenting each step (with pics!) and together we made a plan to keep my new engine running at its best! If you ever need any kind of work from oil changes to engine replacement, go talk to Tatiana at Aspen Auto Clinic, tell her Ray sent you and bring her a snickers (we all know she deserves it!)

I don't know what happened to this place but 0/10 I would not recommend at this point. I had an issue with the battery in my truck, had to have it towed to Aspen, and they worked on it for about 2 days. The short of it was the battery when dead, when it was jumped it was jumped backwards, which caused a lot of electrical issues, etc. They worked on the truck for 2 days and charged me almost $800. When I picked the truck up they told me the "replaced a main fuse and the truck is SAFE TO DRIVE". When I started the truck there were still both maintenance lights on, my CD player/deck didn't work, and my tire pressure gauges still didn't work. I went back in and spoke with the front desk person, who was busy texting away at their phone, and asked him if they still thought it to drive. He said yes. I asked if he would drive it on a 900+ mile road trip with these lights still on. He said yes. I even came in the next morning AGAIN, before leaving on the the road trip, to ask if they still think it was ok to drive. They said yes. Sadly, they were wrong. We somewhat fine for awhile but went in to "limp mode" after some time. Up until that time we figured out we had no heat, in the Rocky Mountains in Oct, and they didn't even take the time to check all the fuses when they charged $400 just to do the "inspection". After the truck broke down, and having it towed, it looks like all they did was replace one 15A fuse, the TCIS fuse (I think). Either way, I paid $800 for them to not fix my truck, and honestly made the whole situation worse as I would have paid any amount of money just to have the truck working and to be safe on the road trip. No one cared at this place, which is sad because it didn't always used to be that way. Maybe they thought I was from out of town so they could screw me? I'm not sure but either way it stinks and I hope they can correct the issue and stop ripping people off. Mechanics already have a bad rap as it is, it sucks that this place is adding to the sentiment.

I have been coming to this location for service on my vehicle for 9 years. Today was a horrible experience. I was not greeted upon walking in the propped open door. I had to wait for 5 minutes or so before being acknowledged. The female employee was busy with other duties. I was not spoken to until a tech walked in office and let the front office employee know I was there. I scheduled an oil changed for am via the company's website. I stated I had an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. She continues to ask me if I want additional service and that there was only one tech and telling me about the wait time. I informed her that I only wanted an oil changed and I had an appointment that I scheduled on the company's website on 7/11and would be waiting for my vehicle. Are you not able to see what appointments are scheduled for the day? Every other person that walked into the business was greeted. This experience was extremely disappointing to me!! I was told that my documents for today's visit would be emailed to me by the female employee, yet I have not received them. Do not send them now. Hopefully my next experience will be better when or if I return to the is establishment.
