Making the initial appointment was easy, and when I had to reschedule it, they were very accommodating. They provided ample reminders prior to my appointment date, so forgetting it was unlikely. The representatives that greeted me were friendly and responsive, and the service advisor was as well. I was given clear explanations for what was being done and expectations were communicated for how long the warranty work would take. My vehicle was ready on schedule and care was taken to ensure it was kept clean from anything related to the work being performed. This was my second experience with the service department and it went well, just as it had the first time.

I had been to another dealership in Castle Rock seven times for the engine light coming on. Autonation identified the issue in a couple hours ( the issue was caused by the other dealership) They made me love my 2021 Ram 2500 again! I will not go anywhere else!

I was told that all of my sensors were bad while they were replacing my particular filter. I feel like I spent money that I didn’t need to spend because that was a false statement. I was told they replaced the temperature sensors in the Particulate filter because they didn’t know if they were removed, when my old Particulate filter was baked to clean it. It would’ve been a simple phone call to me to ask me if they were taken out when the filter was baked. I was also told they recommend changing sensors was not giving that option.

Ok, this is a rating based on a long year and half having issues resolved. This dealership service department has had a major staff overhaul to include the service manager. Doug has taken control and overhauled this department to be customer focused and insure quality across all aspects of your service appointment. I had a previous review that I rated a one star, which I will rescind. Tim has been a great service advisor and focused on customer satisfaction and communication. My vehicle was is for major warranty work which required several weeks to repair. The care and communication, completeness and care was impeccable and done right. A huge improvement from past experience and Doug has brought this service department to elite status and the best dealership service for Dodge in Colorado Springs. Thank you. If there is one area for improvement is training and professional development of technician staff to improve their skills and to step out of complacency and seek to diagnose vehicles beyond just a computer diagnostic and have them hone their technician skills to provide top quality service work to customers.

Visited them after finding a puddle of fluid under my truck. They had the issue diagnosed within an hour. Unfortunately the part was on back order but the service representative was super communicative and I was in a rental within an hour after that. They took great care of me on the front end while my vehicle was under repair and kept constant communication with me throughout the process!

I was able to make an appointment right away and they did a complete diagnostic of my battery issue and correctly identified the smaller battery was in need of replacement they were able to replace it and I had the vehicle back within 48 hours. I have taken the car to another Chrysler location in Colorado Springs and was not happy at all with their service as they actually did not do anything so I am very pleased with AutoNation as they delivered. People there were very pleasant and a very nice facility.
