Bad, bad and BAD. First I had a new Rheem hot water heater installed about 2 weeks ago by Delta Mechanical-Through HomeDepot. When the City inspector came, he discovered a gas leak. The same technician from Delta (Louis) came the next day and fixed it. About 3 days later, discovered I needed an expansion tank added to my Hot Water heater, Louis came out, installed it, and tonight I noticed its leaking in two places. This is Saturday night- 2-3-2024, just left a Voicemail on their phone. Beware of this business.

Best Service Ever!
The mechanic Andrew Coleman, showed up exactly when he said he would, was friendly and informative. It was clear that he enjoyed doing his job.
I thought that an entire crew was going to show up for hours, but Andrew got it done in a couple short hours, by himself!!!
I am a new homeowner and will be using Delta Mechanical from now on.

My husband and I ordered a new water heater through Home Depot and paid for installation as well. We were assigned Delta Mechanical as the company doing the installation. Our window for service was 8-10am. Our technician never showed up and didn’t communicate with us. We had to call in to ask why they never showed. At this time, around 10:15, we were told the technican was on his way by the customer service rep. We were also sent an email saying the technician was on their way. This was not true. At 11:40 the technician arrived, nearly 2 hours after our window. We called in again and asked to speak to a supervisor and were told no one was available because it was the weekend, but that the supervisor would reach out on Monday. That never happened.

Then, we had an appointment with Delta Mechanical again for a follow up issue with water temperature. We were told we would be the first appointment of the day and our window was 8-10. Again, no one showed up. We got an email at 9:50 saying a technician was on their way, and by 10:35 no one was there. No one showed up or communicated with us. At 1:47 we got another email saying the technician was on their way. At 2:20 we called customer service who let us know the technician was 8 minutes away. The technician got here at 2:30, 4.5 hours after our window.

I sent two emails to the supervisor and they never bothered to respond. Will never use this company again and highly recommend not using them.

Woke up this morning to find out the water heater was leaking! I looked and called around because I already knew the price was going to be high as a giraffe’s neck lol! I checked Home Depot and they had a same day service option on the site. I submitted my request and they called in 15 minutes. Delta mechanical sent out Andrew, this dude is awesome! He was able to get my time slot moved up, replaced everything that needed it and get my hot water going in a hour and a few minutes.

The best thing was the price and professionalism Andrew showed. I high recommend him!

Today I had Andrew Coleman from Delta Mechanical Colorado of Colorado Springs install a new 50 gallon Energy star Rheem gas water heater from Home Depot. Our old was 19 years old and needed replacing. Did a great job. Took out the old water heater and cleaned out the water heater closet then put down the pan the water heater sits on and hooked a pvc pipe to the pan and ran it to the drain. Everything looks better than before and was done within two hours. Also helped me register my tanks warranty. Thanks Andrew, good job.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I contracted this company to install a tankless water heater that cost me a small fortune and they did a poor job. The vent is sticking out on my patio right outside my back door. Its about a two foot pipe sticking out on my deck area.the installer never asked where to put the vent and it could have on the other side where the AC init is. The pipe was shown to me by the city inspector never the installer. I would not recomment installing anything with them. I have tried many times to get them to move the vent and I get no response at all. Checkout the vent in photo by your grill and right outside the door. I can't even add a deck without having to move the vent first when they could have asked where to put it.

As many below, we had two new 50 gallon water heaters installed thru Home Depot via Delta Mechanical and Andrew. Inspected and replaced in one day! In fact Andrew replaced both, in the basement, in less than 2 hours! Very meticulous, friendly, neat and tidy - it was painless from the start. Very highly recommended.
