Found something floating in my girlfriend’s green tea. It looks almost like mold. Cannot call the store to warn them the corporate number is close at 7pm pacific. Absolutely disgusting reminds me of when McDonalds had mold in their sweet tea!

Are they friendly? Yes. Are the drinks tasty? Yes. But 35 minutes in the drive through to get coffee is not even close to acceptable. Shame because I like Dutch better than Starbucks but I'm just lucky I didn't have anywhere to be because theses no way coffee should take that long.

The last few times I have been here the drinks tasted like black coffee with a little bit of creamer. Today’s service really topped it off. Lady came to the car window to take order, said nothing and walked away. We had to then wait in a long line and no one ever came out. At the window when we placed our order she was extremely rude, and acted like we were putting her out by even placing an order. Terrible experience! Prices are way too high for coffee that tastes like an ashtray and service that makes you feel like you are putting them out.

By far the worst Dutch bros experience I’ve had. Been going for 20 years. She took my order at my window and was short and rude, didn’t even tell me a total or offer to scan my app, just walked away. I was flustered and ordered something I didn’t really want bc I had a question and usually they are awesome and offer up info but she was so short and rude I was thrown off and just ordered my regular drink. Line took exceptionally long for Dutch too. Won’t go back to this location, I’ll stick to my regular, they can have the church people and the day they deserve.

I love Dutch Bros and wish this location, which is closest to where I live, had better service. I have gotten wrong drinks on too many occasions. This last experience has made me want to just drive farther to the Dublin location. I ordered the new Gold Medal Blended Rebel as a medium. Got to the window, and they said kids blended Rebel. I got a blended, probably strawberry, lemonade with the soft top and sprinkles. It didn't have the same texture as the rebels and just tastes like straight-up lemonade. I had a 3 hour drive that I didn't have a drink for because of this mess up. I love Dutch Bros, but this location is always extremely slow, and orders are wrong half the time anyway.

Dutch Brothers has great coffee with many locations. They are super fast and know how to handle a high volume of customers. One of the greatest things I like is their support for the car community. There is a gathering of cars at the Dutch Brothers on Austin Bluffs every weekend when the weather is nice. This past weekend they served as the starting spot for the Gannon Stouch Memorial Cruise In Colorado Springs. They offered their entire parking lot plus all surrounding parking for this Memorial event. I noticed a line of cars wrapping around the entire perimeter that were in line to get coffee. I could not believe how fast the line was moving and there were other attendants outside taking orders ahead of time. I decided to go ahead and get in line and to my amazement it took about four minutes to get my coffee. I would highly recommend Dutch Brothers, they seem to be really on point!
