Bought a 2023 Ridgeline new. Passenger window never worked correctly. Every time I brought it in for an oil change I asked them to look at it and they told me it was fine. Now it’s the middle of the winter and it won’t go up. They want 100 bucks and half a day to even look at it. Drive up to Corwin. The tech jumped right in the car and got it trouble shot and got the window up. Thanks Derrek at Corwin. Now it’s scheduled for warranty work. Great job!

It was easy to make a same day appointment for a minor repair on my car. Check-in process was smooth. The associate checking it in (Stephanie) did a good job ensuring she understood the reason for the appointment and setting expectations for turnaround time and communication methods. The issue report was detailed and it was easy to understand the recommended work to be done and the criticality. Price for the base repair was very reasonable given the cost of parts. The price for replacing the cabin air filter (recommended on the report) was really too high given they were already working on the vehicle for other reasons, but I could see it itemized and decline (default was to decline for all services, each service I wanted had to be affirmatively selected, which is ideal from my perspective). Repair time was quick (parts were in stock).

Brought my 2015 Honda civic in for an oil change, and was asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed. I said no as it's very easy to replace myself.
After my oil change, a sound was coming from the blower motor under the glove box. After removing the cabin air filter I found a leaf in my blower motor fan and removed it and everything sounds fine again.
I don't know if the service tech accidently caused the leaf to fall into the blower fan when the cabin air filter was checked. But what I do know is the sound of the leaf was not there when I brought my car in for service. Maybe it was my fault for not replacing the filter before the service. But in either case the sound of the leaf in the fan was not there before my oil change.

Definitely do not recommend this place It's extremely rude staff and mechanics. Don't know what the hell they're doing had to get the job done in another place and it was free due to their mistake.

This dealer really charged $186 to replace a radiator cap. Taking advantage of the elderly for their selfish needs. Very shameless. Had the parts manager tell me they can charge whatever they want because they are a dealer and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Will never do service with them again. Will be going through old receipts to see how often they have done this.
