Miss. Chastity a service advisor and Mr. McDonald the service manager are the clear cut definition of unprofessional and unethical. I mean what type of service advisor and service manager threatens any customers? I was shown zero empathy, and received zero apology from either; instead because we couldn’t come to any resolution, I was told I am no longer welcome at Perkins Motors as a customer? I have been a customer of David Perkins for almost 10 years. Ironically, since both of these individuals violated multiple Perkins Motors policy’s and were called out by me, I am the one the blame, instead of taking any sort of accountability.

Miss. Chasity and Mr. McDonald have no customer service skills and it shown here. I know way too many people at this establishment, and am liked by many as I am a very professional, respectful customer. I have never been treated or disrespected so poorly or at this level by anyone or any company. I am a business owner myself, and I am the president of a local Jeep nonprofit and I can say with confidence and certainty if these were my employees they would be terminated immediately. I have a zero tolerance policy for disrespectful, dishonesty or threatening customers. Mr. McDonald wouldn’t even allow me to leave a voicemail to Mr. Perkins about my concerns, complaints or to figure out a resolution; instead again I was told I am not welcome at Perkins Motors anymore and all my future appointments were cancelled? Thats on you, it’s not like there are dozens of Jeep dealerships in Colorado; oh wait there are… You’ve lost a respectful and loyal customer of 10 years.

Dean, Harley & Mikyla are the reason why I continue to come back and have all my Jeeps serviced at Perkins. I hope the owner and management know how much of an asset these two woman are to this company.

Helped this old Vet when the other companies made damn sure I fell through cracks and wouldn't own up.
The 3 star is nothing negative. Just only used for half a job I guess you could say.

Absolutely loved the experience! Great people here who are as passionate about Mopar as myself and my wife! Love my 4xE and it makes a nice addition to our 3 other mopar’s!

Julian was great! I don’t have anything negative to say. I was constantly updated on my cars progress and I even dropped my credit card in the parking lot and they called me right away and mailed it back to me. Excellent

Routine oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed because a card arrived in the mail the following day from Perkins for oil change and tire rotation at a 25% savings. Would have appreciated service writer offering me the option too wait a few days and save. Good news was Perkins had the parts (oil) to do the service. The previous time I had service done (with an appointment in advance) they were unable to complete the work because they didn't have the transmission fluid that was needed.

I had an amazing experience with Tracy and Sherry in Service. I had a massive issue that was going to cost thousands of dollars and was shut down by other businesses, yet these two ladies took me under their wing and first and foremost treated me like a human and made sure I was feeling safe and comfortable.
Then they explained the process of what to do step by step ensuring I would get through. I ended up spending $0, saving thousands, and had my Jeep fixed the next morning.
Incredible. I was grateful it happened so I could have met these two angels.

I bought my first new truck over the phone from Perkins off an internet ad. When I arrived to pay for and pick up the truck, the process was easy, the salesman was helpful, and there were no surprise charges. A year or so later, I had to bring the truck back in to be serviced for a recall. The service department went out of their way to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me, and provided me with a loaner car as they had to keep my truck overnight. I am very happy with my dealings with Perkins Motors. After shopping around prior to my purchase, I fel I got the best deal on my truck from them, and also great service after my purchase.
