I wish there were 7 or 8 stars. I'm an older guy that wanted to listen to his music through the computer, but on his big old Klipsch speakers he's been toting around. Scott hooked me up with a wonderful older Marantz, a 'DAC' to make the conversion from digital to analog (after he reminded me what those two things were) and cables needed for each! All of that for pretty small money! I'm a happy, happy camper - and while I expect this stuff to last me a long time, if I need anything else, I'll be right back at the Sound Shop first thing!!!

I read some negative reviews initially going into the sound shop, but I have to say this business is entirely professional and knowledgeable. I was looking for an amplifier for my Bose 901s and came in with some details, such as 100w per Channel vintage with tape monitoring. They knew what I needed and helped out. I’d recommend anyone looking for specialized audio equipment to stop by. I wasn’t disappointed, and I’ll return in the future!

The Sound Shop installed our home theater in 2005 and has done a lot of work for us, big and small, since then. I highly recommend them, they are extremely knowledgeable, they do amazing work and have very competitive prices.

We had an issue with our TV so it still had the warranty. The guy who is contracted to do the service lack basic customer service skills. Not impressed and unfortunately I had to go through him to get my TV service. It works great now but the communication wasn't there.

Great customer-focused team and their technical expertise is amazing! Trevor spent a full day fixing an installation from another company. Not only did he fix the technical issues that the other company couldn’t find but he then improved our home theater’s performance. We could immediately tell the difference! The Sound Shop is our go-to company from now on, highly recommend them!

These are the things DREAMS are made of. They have our can get the most amazing audio gear on the planet. These people know there trade. Then there is Bob Scruggs, he is the Yoda of music and equipment. A very nice guy, knowledgeable ready to talk to and there is no pressure.

I was having some electrical work done and my Paradigm Seismic 10" was hit with an electric spike and both the amplifier and speaker were damaged. The Sound Shop was able to repair the amplifier and Paradigm replaced the speaker. It was worth the cost; these are great sub woofers. Now I have a top of the line Panamax protecting all my components. The Sound Shop did a great service, though it took a long time to do the repair, it was worth the wait. The sub works like new.
